All details provided by you to enVie heArtwork must be true and accurate. You must be the authorized user of the credit card, bank or paypal account used to place your order. By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to the terms and conditions contained in this document.
enVie heArtwork reserves the right to accept or decline any offer. Please note that the email you receive upon placing an order, which confirms receipt of your order, does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
The contract between you and enVie heArtwork is formed when you receive a confirmation email that the goods which you ordered have been paid and will be dispatched after finishing.
enVie heArtwork attempts to keep the content of the site up to date. However, enVie heArtwork does not warrant the accuracy or currency of the content.
§ 2.1. You acknowledge that the content on the site is liable to change at any times.
§ 2.2. Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the site are inclusive of taxes and are shown in Euro.
§ 2.3. The prices displayed on the site may change at any time.
§ 2.4. Items promoted on the site are subject to availability and may change from time to time.
§ 2.5. You acknowledge that the colors of the items that are delivered to you may vary slightly from the colors displayed by your computer monitor, as well as any enVie fabric material used is one-of-a-kind and fur is a unique nature product.
§ 3.1. An order placed by you on the site for an item is only an offer by you to purchase an item for the price as displayed on the site. enVie heArtwork reserves the right to accept or reject the agreement for sale for any reason whatever.
Reasons may include, but are not limited to, the unavailability of an item or an error or change in the price displayed on the site.
§ 3.2. Your contract with enVie heArtwork will only come into force when enVie heArtwork informs you by email that your order is accepted and the receipt of your payment is confirmed.
§ 3.3. enVie heArtwork does not guarantee that it will be able to make any changes, additions or cancellations to an order after it has accepted your order and it has confirmed receipt of your payment by email. enVie heArtwork will confirm that a request for a change, addition or cancellation has been met by sending you an Email.
§ 3.4. If an item you have ordered is temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted by email and informed of the expected delivery date. You will not incur any fee for this process.
§ 3.5. If an item you have ordered is sold out or has been discontinued after you have placed your order, you will be contacted by email and informed. You will not incur any fee for this process and your payment will not be processed.
§ 4.1. All orders will be sent to the mailing address you provide to enVie heArtwork as soon we receive your payments and the requested articles are ready for dispatchment (refers to “on stock articles”, as well made-to-measure orders). We currently do not have fixed a standard shipping for international destinations due to the complexity of customs and tariff costs. If you would like to discuss an international shipment please contact us.
All orders for delivery within Austria are sent with Austrian Post. All international orders are shipped by Express Mail Service or Fed Ex. Deliveries to international locations generally take maximum 10 business days after processing. If you have not received your order within the days specified please contact us at email@example.com.
enVie heArtwork currently accepts bank transfer, payment by MAESTRO or credit card (VISA, MASTER CARD) or paypal transaction. We will do our best to make sure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate. However errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it and receiving a full refund. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled and you will be issued a full refund.
All prices are quoted in Euro and payment is charged in Euro too. All prices are inclusive of 20% tax.
Delivery costs are additional to the cost of the items (= not included in the stated prices). All international orders are shipping within 7-21 business days not including processing time for made-to-measure orders. A flat rate of € 70 will be charged for ALL international orders.
A tracking number will become available once transaction has been approved and received. Please Note: All customs and/or duty fees/charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and in accordance to the applicable country’s customs policy.

Protecting your personal information and credit card information is very important to us. All orders are secured using an industry standard 256 Bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted checkout to protect private data. We ensure that your personal information including your credit card information is protected during and after transactions.

We’re not happy unless you’re happy. So if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA (Return merchandise application)
number within 7 days from order receipt. As soon as we checked and confirm you the OK for exchange or refund – simply return the item to us in it’s original condition* along with the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for return and your contact details to:

*Please note that any returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered from their original condition, or items without their tags attached will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer. Please ensure that you are not wearing perfume or makeup when trying and enwrapping in any enVie items, which may leave a scent or marks on the item. Upon inspection, we will either issue a refund of the purchase price or exchange the item, if preferred. We do not offer returns or any refunds and exchanges on customized enVie articles or any made-to-measure Green Fur Couture pieces.
If the goods are faulty or you received wrong order, you will also be refunded your original delivery charge should you request a refund. If the return is a result of a change of mind, you will not be refunded by the original postage cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds for customized and made-to-measure enVie pieces or sale items unless the garment is faulty. On request, you can also exchange your item at our enVie Showroom (1200 Vienna, Hartlgasse 29) within 7 days after goods* received. We can issue cash refunds for cash on delivery orders only. Otherwise we can refund via transaction, credit card or paypal, whichever was used for online payment.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different color, or in the case of a faulty item, exchange for a non-faulty version of the product, simply fulfill the contact form or send us an email. Please indicate your order number and the product, which you would like to exchange for. We will email you back to confirm we have the new product on stock. Then simply post the product back to us and, once it is received and has undergone a quality control check, we will send you the new product.
For both returns and refunds the cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
